Shipping/Delivery
We offer shipping Globally! This is another way we
add value to every purchase you make here.
Please allow at least 10-15 business days for
shipment of in-stock items in North America and 4-12 weeks for custom
or special orders and International shipments. To give you the largest selection
and fastest delivery possible, merchandise may be shipped to you directly from the
manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for any additional duty, tax
and VAT charges. Transit time will vary with
destination. Parcels weighing over 2 kilo will be issued a tracking number.
Return Policy
We offer only fine quality
merchandise. We will gladly accept returns
within 30 days from receipt of merchandise for manufacturing defects with shipping fees in/out covered by customer:
1) With approved returns issue you a store credit for up to 100%
of the purchase price, or
2) replace the merchandise, or
3) credit the purchase price to your original
credit card account. Less any shipping and return fees
Opened Packages, Futons are not refundable due to size and weight,, Shipping and Handling Charges are not refundable.
All returned merchandise requires a Return
Authorization from My Therapy Products and must be returned
prepaid in the original packaging in resale
condition. Before shipping A Return Authorization Code must be
clearly displayed on each returned box. If
your purchase arrives with shipping damage, please
see "Damaged Shipments" below.
A 75% handling
fee will be deducted from any credits to be issued if the
merchandise is not returned in the original packaging
in resale condition. Please allow two billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your statement. These guides lines explain that we donot resell products, only new products are sold.
