There are very few things that I absolute cannot live without, but this is one of them,and it would make a great gift! I am talking about a Buckwheat Husk Filled Pillow.

The pillow is filled with tiny hulls of Buckwheat, these are dry and have the remarkable ability to conform around your neck. The pillow is in a 100% cotton cover and here's the secret, it is not entirely filled with the husks. Therefore, they shift and form almost a bean bag like effect around your neck, and your head gently sinks into and then is supported by this pillow.

One thing that initally you may find disconcerting is that these little husks make a crackling crunching noise when you move. You stop noticing that after a night, or less. The pillow gicves wonderful support and helps to properly align the spine. Also because the pillows breathe your head stays cool at night. The only downside that I can see is that the pillow cannot get wet or put in to the wash. You can unzip the pillow dump the husks out and wash the pillowcase when required though.

One thing that isn't advertise is the fact that it also helps keep the airway clear when someone is sleeping on their back. Some people have terrible problems with sleep apnea for years and this pillow has alleviated alot of the symptoms. It also has cut back on snoring (thank god).

I guarantee that if you buy one you will be thrilled! I haven't met anyone who has tried mine that hasn't bought one. Cats even go specifically to the buckwheat pillows on the bed and won't go to the decorative ones! These cats have discriminating tastes!. I have travelled with this pillow and just can't do without it. It gives a great nights rest.
